1 soy sauce
1 curry powder

Cut the carrots and zucchini into strips using the julienne peeler.
Heat a little sesame oil in a wok, add the onion and mushrooms and sauté.
Add the carrot and zucchini julienne, toss everything together and add the remaining ingredients and season well.
