Shipping and payment conditions

All our prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.

Orders of 80.00 CHF or more are delivered free of charge.

For orders below 80.00 CHF, a small order surcharge of 9.00 CHF applies.

Why are there a surcharge?
Small orders involve relatively high logistical costs. By applying a small order surcharge to lower order values, our customers continue to benefit from lower prices, even on low-cost items.

Products ordered in the online shop are delivered in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The goods are usually sent using post pac priority, hence arriving on the next working day after the order is received.

Direct payment in the online shop can be made by credit ard, PostFinance, PayPal or Twint. Payment by invoice is also possible. In this case, the payment is processed in cooperation with Ideal Payment AG.
