Shipping and payment conditions

All our prices are listed in Swiss francs, including VAT.

Orders of CHF 80.- or more are delivered free of charge.

For orders below CHF 80.-, you will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 9.-.

Why are there shipping costs?
The logistical costs for small orders are relatively high. By charging shipping costs for small orders, our customers benefit from lower prices even for cheaper products.

Products ordered in the online shop are delivered in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The goods are usually sent using post pac priority, hence arriving on the next working day after the order is received.

Direct payment in the online shop can be made by credit ard, PostFinance, PayPal or Twint. Payment by invoice is also possible. In this case, the payment is processed in cooperation with Ideal Payment AG.
