For phil's blue cheese dip
150 g roquefort or gorgonzola
100 g sour half-cream
100 g natural yoghurt
50 g mayonnaise
30 ml whole or half cream
1 g grain-free mustard (to taste
1 pinch salt
1 pinch white pepper (finely ground)

Finely puree all ingredients, refrigerator cold, with a hand blender, pour into the Kisag Whipper, insert a Kisag Whipper Charger and shake vigorously 8-10 times ‒ done!
Does not need to be sieved
