There’s almost nothing that the Kisag Whipper THERMO can't transform into sturdy foams. A marvellously creamy aioli, a heavenly tuna cream, a wonderful hollandaise sauce, truffled celery purée, foie gras mousse or raspberry foam – the professional whipper allows you to do all this and so much more. You simply have to purée the ingredients to a fine enough paste and use a binding agent such as cream, potato or vegetable starch, eggs or gelatine. Then, pour everything into the whipper, shake a few times and it's done: heavenly warm or cold foam. The espuma technique also brings out the best flavour in any ingredient.
