375 ml water- 150 ml beet juice
- 150 ml apple juice
- 2 stem lemon balm
- 1 organic lemon(s)

Wash the lemon balm and the lemon. Squeeze half of the lemon and finely dice the other half.
Pour all ingredients into the iSi Twist'n Sparkle and carbonate using an iSi Soda Charger. Wait 2 minutes before opening.
For that extra bit of fizz, cool the drink well and add carbon dioxide.
