Preparation

Mix the instant coffee with the honey and hot water in a bowl.

Pass the mixture through a funnel and sieve into a whipper (e.g. Kisag Whipper CREATIVE 0.5L), add 250 ml of cold water and a few ice cubes to the whipper.

Close the Whipper tightly, insert a charger, and shake vigorously for approx. 10 times. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
