420 ml water- 230 ml white wine
- 50 ml elderflower syrup
- 1 organic lime
- 2 stem mint

Wash the mint and lime. Finely dice half of the lime and squeeze out the juice from the other half. Pour all ingredients into the iSi Twist'n Sparkle and carbonate using an iSi Soda Charger. Wait 2 minutes before opening. For a non-alcoholic version, replace the white wine with ginger ale.
Please pay attention to the recommended filling quantities: 950 ml for pure water and 720 ml for all other liquids.
For that extra bit of fizz, cool the drink well and add carbon dioxide.
