Preparation

Blend all ingredients thoroughly using a countertop or immersion blender. Then strain the entire mixture through a funnel and sieve into a 0.5 L whipper (e.g. Professional or CREATIVE).

Charge the whipper with one cartridge and shake vigorously about 12–14 times.

Then refrigerate the whipper for at least 3 hours.
