- 1 pinch salt
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 pinch bouillon powder
- 20 g cream horseradish
- 1 pinch smoked paprika powder (Pimentón de Padrón
- 100 ml double cream

Blend all ingredients thoroughly using a countertop or immersion blender. Then strain the entire mixture through a funnel and sieve into a 0.5 L whipper (e.g. Professional or CREATIVE).
Charge the whipper with one cartridge and shake vigorously about 12–14 times.
Then refrigerate the whipper for at least 3 hours.
