Preparation
Bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then strain through a funnel and sieve into a 0.5 L whipper.
Close the whipper, charge it with one cartridge, and shake vigorously 16–18 times. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
