Preparation

Prepare the waffle mix according to the preparation instructions. Note: Baking time may vary depending on the waffle maker.

Mix the toffee-flavoured dessert sauce with the cream in a bowl using a whisk until both components are evenly combined.

Pour the toffee cream mixture through a funnel and sieve into a 0.5 L whipper, charge with one cream charger, and shake vigorously about 10 times.


After baking, allow the waffle to cool briefly. Then, on a plate, dispense the toffee cream as desired. Sprinkle with a few blueberries and the salted caramel fudge.
