Preparation

The salmon fillets are marinated with some teriyaki sauce for about 15 minutes.

Set aside some orange zest and squeeze the juice of one orange.

Sear the salmon on both sides in hot coconut oil, then remove and set aside. Reduce the heat slightly in the wok and let the edamame simmer with the orange juice for a few minutes.
