For the aspargus gratin
500 g aspargus
200 g potatoes
100 g ham
100 ml cream
100 g cream cheese
50 g gratin cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Preparation
Peel the asparagus and cut off the woody ends.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the asparagus together with the potatoes in salted water for 6 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the ham into pieces, place everything in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with processed cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan oven and bake the gratin for 30 minutes.
