Preparation

Blend the pistachio cream, heavy cream, cream cheese, and syrup in a mixer until smooth and creamy.

Then pour the mixture through a funnel and sieve into a 0.5-liter whipper, charge with one cartridge, and shake well about 10–12 times.

Place the whipper in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and shake vigorously again before serving.

To serve, simply add ice cubes, milk, and coffee to a glass, then top with the pistachio cream. Finish with a sprinkle of pistachio pieces.
