Preparation

Slowly warm the milk, pistachio syrup and QimiQ Whip Chocolate over low heat, without bringing to a boil.

Blend in the nougat and chopped marzipan with a hand blender until smooth. Then gently stir in the cold cream at the end.

Strain the mixture through a sieve and funnel into a 0.5 L whipper, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Before serving, insert one cartridge and shake vigorously 10–12 times.
