Preparation

Grate the cheese and cut the garlic into about 4 pieces.

Rub the caquelon well with the garlic.

Pour the white wine into the fondue pot and heat slowly. Add the cheese and let it melt, then stir in the kirsch and the cornstarch.

Season with pepper and enjoy!
