Blend everything finely with a hand blender and add it to the prepared cheese mixture (melted in the caquelon on the rechaud). Depending on your taste, you can also use fresh chili peppers.
Depending on the type and amount of chili, it can get really fiery. So be careful with unfamiliar or previously unused chili varieties!
