For the chocolate cake120 g sugar
60 g cocoa powder
60 g butter
Some vanilla
600 g cookies
250 ml milk
For the icing100 g dark chocolate
130 ml full cream

Preparation
First, break the biscuits into small pieces.
Mix the sugar and cocoa powder well in a pot or pan, then gradually stir in the milk until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Heat the pot on the stove over low heat and add the butter and vanilla. Stir well until there are no more lumps.
Then pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuits and mix everything together well again. Line a round baking tin or other container with baking paper, pour in the chocolate biscuit mixture, press down well and leave to cool.
Melt the dark chocolate slowly in a bain-marie and carefully mix in the cream.
Remove the cake from the tin, place on a wire rack and cover with the glaze.
