BAMI GORENG

Ingredients
For the bami goreng
250 g egg noodles
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 piece clove of garlic (crushed)
400 g shredded chicken
1 Some oil for frying
3 piece spring onions with the green part
300 g carrots
250 g frozen snow peas
100 g mung bean sprouts
100 ml vegetable stock
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sambal oelek

Preparation
Place the noodles in boiling salted water, leave to stand on the switched-off plate for approx. 4 mins, drain, rinse with cold water, set aside.
Marinate the meat: Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken, mix well, cover and marinate in the fridge for approx. 30 mins.
Heat a little oil in a wok. Fry the meat in batches for approx. 2 mins. each, remove, cover and set aside. Stir-fry the spring onions and carrots for approx. 5 mins., add the snow peas and sprouts, continue to stir-fry for approx. 2 mins.
Pour in the stock, bring to the boil and season with soy and sambal oelek. Add the noodles and meat again, mix well and allow to heat through.
