For the apple cream
1 apple
150 ml apple juice
150 ml full cream
1 teaspoon icing sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
cane sugar (for caramelising)

Mix the apple juice, full cream, icing sugar and cinnamon with a whisk and pour directly into the Kisag whipper 0.5L. Close the whipper tightly, insert 1 Kisag whipper charger and shake vigorously 10 to 15 times.
Slice the apple and use it as a base or decoration.
Sprinkle your apple cream with cane sugar and caramelise lightly with the culinary blowtorch.
