Preparation

Finely purée all ingredients with a blender and pass the entire mixture through a funnel and sieve into a 0.5 liter whipper (e.g., Whipper CREATIVE).


Close the whipper tightly, screw on the nozzle, pressurize the whipper with a capsule, and shake vigorously about 8–12 times. Then chill for at least 30 minutes. Shake well again before using for the first time.


First, crush a few butter cookies and place them in a glass, then add a few chopped strawberries on top and then the mousse – repeat this 2-3 times. And now: simply enjoy!
