For one roll (approx. 8 pieces)
1 cucumber
125 g smoked salmon
100 g cream cheese
1 carrot
Some dill
Some sesame seeds
Some soy sauce

Preparation
Slice the cucumber into thin strips using a vegetable peeler, slightly overlap the slices, and pat them dry with paper towels.
Spread the cream cheese over the cucumber slices. Peel the carrot into julienne strips and place them on top.
Tear the salmon into smaller pieces and spread it on top as well. Add some dill and sesame seeds – your sushi filling is ready!
Then carefully roll it up without applying too much pressure, but tightly enough to hold its shape. Slice into sushi rolls using a very sharp knife and enjoy with soy sauce.
