1 spring onion
1 pear
180 g crème fraîche
8 slices of raclette cheese
Some garnish (e.g. mixed sprouts)
Some raclette seasoning (to taste)

Place the raclette pan with the flatbread dough and spread it with crème fraîche.
Then top with raclette cheese (sliced or grated), some spring onion, and pear. For a heartier version, just add a bit of bacon. Place the pan in the raclette oven and cook until crispy.
