Preparation
Cut the spring onions into small rings and place them in a raclette pan, spread the herb cheese on top and cover with a slice of raclette cheese.
Place the bacon and another slice of raclette cheese in a second pan, allow to melt and finally sprinkle with a little Ovomaltine powder.
Cut the hamburger buns in half and preheat them slightly on the SIERRE raclette attachment.
Place one egg in each raclette pan and cook. Finally, sprinkle with a little salt, assemble the burger and garnish with a little mayonnaise.
