200 ml milk
100 ml heavy cream (at least 36% fat)

Preparation
Place the Philadelphia, Nutella and milk in a mixing cup. Blend with a hand blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add the cream at the end and gently stir it in, as it should not be whipped. Then pour the mixture through a funnel and sieve into a whipper.
Screw a tulip nozzle onto the whipper head, charge the whipper with one cartridge, and shake vigorously about 10–12 times. For best results, refrigerate the whipper for at least 3 hours.
