Preparation

Stir the Monin Cold Brew concentrate into the water, then carefully pour all remaining ingredients into an iSi Nitro through a funnel and sieve.

Close the Nitro device tightly, pressurize it with a Nitro charger, and shake vigorously about 8 times. To serve, place the nozzle at a slight angle against the glass wall, press the lever, and serve the drink.

The Monin Nitro Martini is essentially a "ready-to-use" concentrate specifically developed for use with a Nitro siphon. The nitrogen gives the drink an extremely creamy texture and a thick foam head, reminiscent of a freshly poured Guinness.

Classic & Creative Drink Variations

The Nitro Martini is more versatile than the name suggests. It works perfectly as:
- The Classic Espresso Martini: Simply mix with vodka and foam it up in the siphon.
- Non-alcoholic Pick-me-up: Served pure as a "Nitro Cold Brew" over ice – perfect for the afternoon.
- Dessert Cocktail: Combined with a splash of vanilla syrup or even a dollop of cream on top.

Food Pairing: Sweet Companions
Since the Nitro Martini features strong coffee notes and a delicate sweetness, it pairs perfectly with:
- Dark Chocolate:
A chocolate soufflé or a rich chocolate mousse provides the ideal contrast.
- Nutty Desserts: Hazelnut slices or almond biscuits (Cantuccini) complement the roasted aromas of the coffee.
- Tiramisu: Twice as nice – the coffee flavors enhance each other.

Food Pairing: Savory Contrasts
For those feeling bolder, use the drink as a companion to:
- Salted Caramel:
The combination of salt, sweetness, and bitter coffee is a true insider tip.
- Aged Cheese: A strong Parmesan or an extra-aged Gouda pairs surprisingly well with the bitter coffee notes.
