Preparation

Stir the Monin Cold Brew concentrate into the water and pour with the remaining ingredients through a funnel and sieve into a iSi Nitro.

Screw on one iSi Nitro charger and shake approximately 8 times. Position the nozzle at a slight angle against the side of the glass, press the lever all the way down, and serve the drink.

This special Monin Nitro Bramble is significantly bolder, spicier, and more complex than a standard Bramble, thanks to the Ron de Jeremy XO (Rum) and Cold Brew concentrate. In terms of flavor, it strikes a perfect balance between a fruity cocktail and a sophisticated after-dinner drink.

Here are the ideal pairings for this powerful combination:

Rich Desserts
The mix of rum, blackberry, and coffee calls for dark, intense flavors. This drink pairs beautifully with a chocolate tart or brownies - the roasted coffee notes and the rum’s vanilla undertones adore dark chocolate. If you prefer, choose a Tiramisu; since the drink already contains Cold Brew, it complements the dessert's coffee notes perfectly. Panna Cotta with a wild berry sauce is another excellent choice, as the creamy dessert provides a stunning contrast to the drink's tart freshness.

Savory & Spicy Snacks
Due to the sweetness of the blackberry syrup and the depth of the rum, salty and savory treats are a perfect match. Consider aged Gruyère, Roquefort, bacon-wrapped dates, or smoked almonds. The combination of fat, the sweetness of the date, and salt perfectly highlights the spicy character of the Ron de Jeremy XO, while the smoky aroma underscores the dark notes of the Cold Brew.

Food Pairing
A Monin Nitro Bramble can also accompany a hearty main course. The molasses notes of the rum and the fruitiness of the blackberry pair excellently with smoky BBQ sauce, spare ribs, or venison dishes like a "Hirschpfeffer" (venison stew). Blackberry and game are a classic duo, and the coffee in the drink acts like a secret spice within the sauce.

Serving Tip
As this drink is elegant and very dark, it is best served in a tumbler over a large ice cube. Expressing an orange zest over the glass adds essential oils that beautifully open up the aromas of the rum and coffee.
