MONIN GINGER-LEMON COLDBREW

Ingredients
For the Monin Ginger-Lemon Cold Brew
80 ml Monin Cold Brew concentrate- 200 ml bitter lemon
- 200 ml ginger beer
- 50 ml Monin mandarin syrup
- 50 ml lime juice
- 420 ml water

Preparation
Stir the Monin Cold Brew concentrate into the water, then pour the mixture together with the remaining ingredients through a Kisag funnel and sieve into an iSi Nitro Whipper.
Screw on one iSi Nitro charger and shake the Whipper vigorously about 8 times.
Hold the nozzle at a slight angle against the inside of the glass, press the lever, and serve the drink.

Preparation
