For the Iced Matcha Latte300 ml heavy cream
150 ml milk
50 ml agave syrup or sugar syrup
8 g matcha powder (e.g. v-love from Migros)
1 cup coffee / espresso
1 handful ice cubes

Preparation
Whisk together cream, matcha powder, and agave syrup thoroughly in a bowl.
Strain the mixture through a funnel and sieve into the 0.5 L whipper. Charge with one cream charger and shake well about 8–10 times.
Fill glasses with ice cubes, milk, and coffee – then spray the creamy matcha topping onto the drink.
