500 g unpeeled raw king prawns
200 g pineapple
4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
8 wooden skewers

Slice the green part of the spring onion into thin rings and set aside.
Quarter the onions and place them in a bowl with the shrimp and pineapple pieces.
Add the teriyaki sauce, mix well, and let marinate for about 15 minutes.
Thread the shrimp, pineapple, and onions alternately onto the skewers.
Brush the grill plate with a little oil and sear the skewers for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
