For the elderflower and mint lemonade
2 mint springs- 1 organic lemon
- 0.5 lime
- 50 ml elderflower syrup
- 640 ml water

Wash the mint and lime. Dice the lime into small pieces and squeeze the lemon.
Pour all ingredients into an iSi Twist’n Sparkle and carbonate with one iSi soda cartridge.
Wait for 2 minutes before opening.
