For the Dalgona Sundae5 tablespoon instant coffee powder
2.5 tablespoon sugar
5 tablespoon boiling hot water
2 ball ice cream of your choice (e.g. mocha, vanilla, etc.)
200 ml heavy cream (for decoration)
Some chocolate-covered coffee beans

Preparation
To prepare the coffee foam, place the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a tall bowl or container and whip with a hand mixer or immersion blender until a thick, creamy foam forms.
Then pour the cream into a 0.5-liter whipper (e.g. Kisag Whipper CREATIVE), charge it with one cartridge, and shake around 8–10 times.
To serve, scoop a ball of ice cream (for example, mocha) into a decorative glass. Add a layer of coffee foam on top, then another scoop of ice cream, followed by more coffee foam. Finish with a swirl of whipped cream and a few chocolate-covered coffee beans.
