For the Cream Cheese Topping
200 ml milk
50 g double cream cheese
150 g QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream (chilled)
100 g condensed milk (from a tube)
4 g salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients finely using an immersion blender or a high-speed blender.

Strain the mixture through a funnel and sieve into a 0.5 L Kisag Whipper (e.g. Whipper Professional or CREATIVE). Charge the Whipper with one cartridge and shake vigorously about 14 times.
