Salad garnishes, vegetable accompaniments, Asian dishes, crudités and more – the sharp blades of the julienne peeler can cut fruit or vegetables into fine strips quickly and safely, and with very little force required. The ultra-sharp and durable blade is manufactured from rustproof 18/10 stainless steel and can be cleaned in the dishwasher without a fuss.
