Kisag Whipper BASIC: Say goodbye to hand whisks! The Kisag Whipper BASIC has been designed especially for preparing cream and cold cream-based desserts, like a vanilla mousse, for instance. Our tip for even more delicious variety: Enrich the cream with syrup, juice or finely puréed fruit, for example, before foaming.

The bottle is made of stainless steel, the top is made of forged and anodised aluminium. This means you must clean the Kisag Whipper BASIC top by hand – don't put it in the dishwasher. But not to worry: The whipper is easy to take apart and all the moving parts can be unscrewed or dismantled. And the rest of the parts, including the bottle, can be washed in the dishwasher.

Note on shelf life in the refrigerator: Sealed in the whipper and cooled in the refrigerator, UHT cream processed in ideal hygienic conditions can be kept for up to 10 days.
