Raclette plate, single

Aside from fondue, raclette is the perfect meal for long winter days or parties.

THE RACLETTE PLATE HIGHLIGHTS:

Anything goes, as long as it tastes good!

Finely chopped meat, bacon, sausages, fish, vegetables or fruit, for instance.

Raclette cheese is then added on top, which melts under the raclette grill.

Great side dishes include boiled potatoes, baked potatoes, fresh mushrooms, corn, silver onions, finely chopped chillies, tomatoes, gherkins and much more.

The question of whether raclette meal is eaten directly from the pan or served on a plate is also a matter of taste.

One thing is for certain, however: you won’t be running out of ideas so quickly with this grilling fun.

This raclette plate is especially suitable for use on the rechauds PowerFire and LongFire.
